So excited to have our Christmas tree up and our house all decorated. I love this time of year as we get to be together as a family and enjoy the warmth we feel in our home. Just sitting on the couch as a family surrounding the Christmas tree, listening to Christmas music, eating some fresh baked cookies and sipping some eggnog or coffee for me :) Does is get any better than this?? Indeed it does! We couldn't even enjoy this season without our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For He is the One we find our true love...our true peace...our true joy! He is our reason for this season! Decorations, tree, cookies and eggnog we can be without, but His love for us we cannot! My prayer is that in the midst of this season as some might be crazy busy trying to get their shopping finished or for those that might be away from family this year, may you truly know you do have a Savior who came to this world to love you, to want fellowship with you and to give you peace that surpasses all understanding.
